Measuring 9" W X 8.5" H X 4" Thick , it can carry a gas mask . On the outer front , it has 4 rows and 6 columns of PALS webbing to affix other modular pouches . A large zippered opening with 2 sliders across the top to gain full access within the main pouch . Has 2 / 2" leg straps and adjustable belt hanger . It uses ( replaceable ) shock-cord for the leg straps retension rather than elastic which fails after a period of time .
